The Kwara State Government has ruled out the immediate reopening of churches and mosques in the state.
The State Commissioner for Health, Dr Raji Abdulrazaq, said on Tuesday that the State would deliberate and come out with what was best to protect the people.
SHO PEN ONLINE reports that the Federal Government had on Monday, June 1, lifted the ban on mosques and churches in the country, based on guidelines and protocols agreed with state governments.
But Dr Raji warned that the government had not lifted any ban and no religious house should disregard the directives on social distancing.
