The Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association has today commenced the Registration for Free ICT training.
The Association disclose this in a Statement Signed by the National Publicity Secretary, Mallam Muhammad uthman Jagunma.
The Statement reads :
This is to inform the General public that interested student's/Youths willing to undergo Free Computer Training powered by the IEYDA ICT CENTER, that the collection of form commences from tomorrow, 24th of June, 2020, which is stipulated for 3 month and classes shall hold every day by 9-10'O clock in the morning.
The class is a special one to keep the teeming youth engaged with ICT knowledge.
Even at this trying period of coronavirus pandemic, we need to develop our community for the aftermath of the period and all precautionary measures are intact at the ICT Center.
Please note that Students are to come with their facemasks on, and maximum number per session will be 20. This is in compliance with the directives of the KW.ST. Government COVID-19 Task Force.*
The trainings are:
- Typing skills
- Document/Word processing (MSWORD/PDF)
- Data Processing (MS-EXCEL, ACCESS)
- POWERPOINT
- GRAPICS DESIGN (Logo Creation, flayers, Posters)
- Internet Training (Google form, Bulk SMS)
- Computer Appliances (Scanning, Printing, Lamination, Photocopier etc).

Note importantly
The training is a Tution free programme which is open to all, and certificate will be given at the end of the Programme.
Lecture/Training to commence on Monday 29nd of June, 2020.
