An iconic philanthropist and a patriot, Engr. Sunday Adebayo Babalola through its organization, Kwara Panacea Ambassadors, has donated 2000 pieces of nose masks to the Kwara State Government Technical Committee on Covid-19. The team led by Comrade John Olawale Adegboye, was received by the State Deputy Governor and Chairman of the Kwara State Technical Committee on Covid-19, Mr. Kayode Alabi, at the Kwara State Government House.

Presenting the nose masks on behalf of Engr. Babalola, Mr. John Olawale Adegboye said Engr. Sunday Babalola deems it necessary to assist the Kwara State Government in the fight against the pandemic

According to Adegboye, the gesture is to boost the efforts of the Kwara State Government in curtailing the spread of coronavirus.

This is not the time to play politics, as of today, we must unite together and confront it collectively so that we can end it and have a state and country we call our own, Adegboye said.

The Apc Cheiftain who is also the Principal of Kwara Panacea Ambassadors (KPA) Engr. Sunday Babalola, urged the people of Kwara State and Nigeria in general not to panic about the dreaded pandemic, but rather to observe all necessary precautionary instructions from relevant government agencies and experts, adding that collective efforts by all and sundry, the deadly coronavirus would soon be history.

Engr. Babalola also commended the State Governor, Mall. Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq for setting up the committee at this critical period in order to curtail the spread of coronavirus in the State.
