The National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS) shows gratitude to the state government under the leadership of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq which deem it fit to come to the aid of Kwara Students across the institutions in the state during this pandemic.

It has been in the know that the world is on its knees ravaging from the effects of COVID-19 that has been destroying humanity around the world. Businesses, companies, public and private organizations have all suffer tremendously since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus and this brought about the government giving palliative materials to its citizens to cushion the effects of the deadly virus.


The Kwara State government yesterday, reached out to the leadership of National Association of Kwara State Students to give palliative materials to the vulnerable students in order to cushion the effects of novel Coronavirus.


The palliative materials for each institution across the state was given to the local chapter representatives of each institution which is of the belief of the national body that it will be shared appropriately among Kwara students without been bias.

There are nine institutions in total that have benefited so far, and the name of the institutions goes thus:

1. University Of Ilorin, Ilorin
2. Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin
3. The Federal Polytechnic, Offa
4. Kwara State University, Malete
5. Kwara State College of Arabic Islamic studies, Ilorin
6. Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin
7. Kwara State College of Education Technical, Lafiagi
8. Kwara State College of Health Technology, Offa
9. Muhideen College Of Education, Ilorin.

It should be on the note that the distribution will continue as the association is still expecting palliative materials from well-to-do Kwarans that have always been supporters of the association and humanity.
