APC local government chairmanship Aspirant, Hassan Owoyale has Celebrated the mother of Kwara State Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq who today clocked 90 today.

Owoyale in a Goodwill message sent to this Medium through his media aide described the celebrant as a Good Contributor to the development of Kwara State.
