Easter 2020 : ZETSI Africa felicitates with Christian faithfuls.

... Charges them to use the period pray for devine Mercy upon the world.

... Urges Nigerians to show their patriotism to the country by obeying all the retriction orders and Government to be a  scrupulous element to the citizenry in this trying time.

ZETSI Africa sieze this moment to celebrate with  all our volunteers, our distinguish members of ZETSI Africa Hall of Fame, and the general public in the auspicious occasion of Easter celebration.

Easter, also called Pascha or Resurrection Sunday, is a festival and holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus from the dead, described in the New Testament as having occurred on the third day after his burial following his crucifixion by the Romans at Calvary c. 30 AD.

Heretofore, Easter celebration is usually accompanied by holy rally, Special church services, merry-making and all lots of festivity but as God plans it this years edition would forever be remembered in history as it warrant nothing more than a sober celebration due to the Corona Virus, Covid-19 across the length and breath of the Earth, thus Christian should seize this holy moment to pray for the divine Mercy and intervention towards this problem bedeviling the whole world.

Equally, while we urge every Nigerian to heed to restriction orders by the government as far as Covid-19 pendemic is concerned, we advice the  Government at this level to be meticulous and responsible in their dealings most especially this trying time. Government should make life easier for the poor masses by providing for them necessary amenities (e.g electricity, water supply)and parliative materials irrespective of ones Social, political or religious background.

Also of equal importance, as an organization seeing to the eradication of various social vices in the society, we  call the attention of various law enforcement agencies seeing to the enforcement of Government restriction orders to do so virtuously and in accordance with the  fundamental rights of the people as enshrined in chapter 4 of the Constitution of Nigeria, 1999 as amended and Africa charter on human and people's right thus, we should remember to stay safe!
